Advanced settings is not updated

Advanced settings is not updated when changing the configuration file at the configuration URL.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Go to about:addons → Surfingkeys → Preferences → Advanced mode;

2. Paste the URL to the “Load settings from“ field (e. g. http://127.0.0.1:8888/settings.js);

3. Click “Save“;

4. Close the browser;

5. Make changes to the settings.js file;

6. Open the browser;

7. Go to about:addons → Surfingkeys → Preferences → Advanced mode;

8. Click Reset;

9. Reload the about:addons page;

10. Go to about:addons → Surfingkeys → Preferences → Advanced mode;

11. Paste the URL to the “Load settings from“ field (e. g. http://127.0.0.1:8888/settings.js);

12. Click “Save“.

The extension will load the old version of the settings.js file, not the updated one.
