path to Downloads longer then 64 characters #1

Hi,
in our school the Download path is on a server. This is the reason the the application fails to start, because the file path to long. (longer then 64 characters). If it would be possible to change this, this would be great, because we are affected by the windows update, that makes problems transfering the files via explorer https://github.com/ARMmbed/DAPLink/issues/1025 . The network path is no problem, because if i change the location where the programm should look for the hex files to a shorter path the program works perfect.

************** JIT-Debuggen **************
Um das JIT-Debuggen (Just-In-Time) zu aktivieren, muss in der
Konfigurationsdatei der Anwendung oder des Computers
(machine.config) der jitDebugging-Wert im Abschnitt system.windows.forms festgelegt werden.
Die Anwendung muss mit aktiviertem Debuggen kompiliert werden.

Zum Beispiel:

    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

Wenn das JIT-Debuggen aktiviert ist, werden alle nicht behandelten
Ausnahmen an den JIT-Debugger gesendet, der auf dem
Computer registriert ist, und nicht in diesem Dialogfeld behandelt.
