Add Assay Inferred/Observed in Summary description

Feature description

Using (::) to denote an inferred assay is being removed from the fusion curation spec - and with this change, we should add in the Assay details on the Summary page whether the the assay is inferred or observed

Use case

As a user, I need to be able to see whether my constructed Assayed Fusion was Observed or Inferred

Proposed solution

remove the parentheses around :: for inferred fusions
add whether fusion was observed or inferred in Assay summary section (we could probably just put this before the assay information)
