In the View, start and stop services section of the getting started tutorial, the output of pebble stop http-server is shown incorrectly as a table of services. To get this output, we need to use pebble services to do a status check, but pebble services is missing from the doc.

…rver (#523)

In the getting started tutorial, mentioned that we need to run `pebble
services` after `pebble stop http-server` if we want to view the service
as inactive. This fixes #522.
