v2ray and wireguard with rethinkdns

Hello guys, I am trying to get a complete system on android with firewall, wireguard and obfuscation. Wireguard and firewall is done by rethinkdns (great so far). but getting the connections obfuscated I additionally have to use v2ray. Is there a possibility to integrate this to rethinkdns or do I have to use v2rayNT app additionally? If so, how to handle the redirection from v2ray to rethinkdns (wireguard)? Did anybody get this to work?

does the app support being a proxy (like orbot), so you can set it in other apps klike in f-droid)?
