Acapela voices not working

So on February 5th, I was doing my acapela voices as usual, but suddenly, it stopped working. Here's a screenshot of what I mean.

To reproduce this you must simply test lazypy.ro/tts with Acapela voices. Any one, like Scott, Saul, Rosie, Ryan, or Will.

The same thing happened to me. I was trying to generate the TTS Voicelines for Venti, Barbara, Xinyan, and Mualani, from Genshin Impact for my Late Christmas Special video on Lazypy.ro (Note: Four of the Genshin Impact characters, Venti, Barbara, Xinyan, and Mualani uses four of the Acapela TTS voices, which are Acapela Rod, Acapela Sharon, Acapela Karen, and Acapela Tracy.), but it doesn't work for some reason what so ever. I have no choice but to use Acapela's official website to generate the TTS Voicelines for Venti, Barbara, Xinyan, and Mualani from Genshin Impact, and record them from my phone.

Can someone please fix the Acapela TTS Section on Lazypy.ro?
