Volume Randomly Increase when Exponential Volume Off

Describe the Bug

Volume randomly increase when i set exponential volume off in settings. This happened evertime i restart cider or reopen the app while playing music or not.

The volume doenst increase or change when i set the volume to 0% or 100%.

Steps to Reproduce

Restart Cider app via ctrl + r or reopen the app.

I tried the newest stable 2.6.1.2 and PTB 2.6.1 (PTB 156) version and the bug still present.
