Describe the Bug

When I have Cider set to a different language, the search bar in Settings does not return relevant results when I search in that language. However, if I search in English, it does return the correct results, but still with labels in the different language.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Settings
2. Set language to "German"
3. Search for "Benachrichtigungen" (Notifications)
4. See no results
5. Search for "Notifications"
6. See correct results, but still with German labels
