one more thing which for I am curious about ! should I have to follow "Antd" Ui framework or I can create my own custom design layout for it?

Hi Shahid,
Ant Design should have all the elements, its up to you how you use them.
Its just a CSS framework like Bootstrap.
If there's anything thats not available there, you can make your own custom widgets.
