Based on recent requests from various LME users we should review/modify the LME readme for clarity.

Review readme for grammar and spelling issues
Review readme for readability and flow of information (may require re-organizing information)
Add more in-depth steps and screenshots when needed
Ensure that technical jargon/acronyms are kept to a minimum
Simplify and reduce number of commands as much as possible
