Logstash container health/liveness script should accept either "green" OR "yellow" #620

The container health script for logstash currently returns "unhealthy" if the status of the pipelines is anything other than green. yellow should also be acceptable: if Logstash is under load and the pipelines are a big bogged down, we don't want containers to be restarted as "unhealthy".
