FileStreamHelper causing streaming of upload data #12

Line 87 in b438ab8

section = await reader.ReadNextSectionAsync();

This is causing the upload data to stream, and seemingly be lost, before the info is passed back to the caller.

I suspect it has to do with the request not having any form data?
