Problem with 'Companies House' (https://www.api.gov.uk/ch/companies-house/)

The 'Companies House Documentation' link to https://developer.companieshouse.gov.uk/api/docs/ takes me to a page which never loads; connection to server times out.

I'm using Windows 10 / Chrome 101.0.4951.41 (at work, so maybe via a proxy, though this isn't normally an issue for government or documentation websites).

I found my way to https://www.api.gov.uk/ch/companies-house/#companies-house and from there to the Companies House Streaming API documentation. I then hacked the Companies House Streaming API URL (as it does work) and found my way to https://developer-specs.company-information.service.gov.uk/guides/index, so I can see what I need to assess what's possible.
