can't enter Chinese in iPad Pro extend screen #7181

Is there an existing issue for this?

OS/Web Information

  • Web Browser: safari
  • Local OS: iPadOS 18.2.1
  • Remote OS: ubuntu24.04.1
  • Remote Architecture:
  • code-server --version: 4.96.2 08cbdfb with Code 1.96.2

Steps to Reproduce

  1. open code-server in safari (PWA)
  2. move window to extend screen
  3. input Chinese to code space.

Expected

When the input method is set to Chinese-pinyin, code space cannot be entered.
input Chinese pinyin no show candidate characters

Actual

No candidate characters are displayed when entering Chinese. another app do well in extended screen

in iPad Pro main screen no this problem
