Requirements for using CBC

For CBC installation and usage, the recommended repositories are not properly mentioned here: https://github.com/coin-or/Cbc/blob/master/.coin-or/config.yml

For example, should we use this repo: https://github.com/Reference-LAPACK/lapack for both the following recommendations?

What about these (which repository do we refer for these or are these something else entirely)?

I request the maintainers & developers make a similar complete tutorial for installing CBC from scratch, running it using the new v17 updates, and also an example usage of the LotSize variables.
