How can I add persons to serveral organizations & several postions?

In this project/organization I have persons that fulfill more than one position in more than one organization. Why is the constraint on single select?

Currently you need to add a held position for each position that the user has in the organization.
I'm not sure what can be the impact of enabling several positions to be selected when creating a held position.

I had further discussions with my client and came up with the idea of an alternative content type similar to Position maybe called "office" that would allow to add a person with location specific phone and email within the organisation structure.

Who will be in Ferrara at the conference? Should we do an open space?

To resolve this problem, we have added the "contact details" behavior on the held_position portal type. It's then possible to add different held position : one by office
