[Feature] Separate Tabs for "Assigned Lecturer" and "Assigned Room" on Edit Page

Describe the Enhancement
On the edit page, it would improve the user interface's clarity and organization if the assigned lecturer and assigned room were separated into their individual tabs.

Desired Behaviour
The user should see separate tabs for Assigned Lecturer and Assigned Room on the edit page, allowing them to easily switch between and manage each section independently.

Current Behaviour
Currently, the assigned lecturer and assigned room are combined in one section, making it less intuitive to manage both assignments.

Suggested Solution

• Implement two distinct tabs on the edit page: one for the assigned lecturer and another for the assigned room.
• The UI components related to each section should be moved to their respective tabs.
