FR: Enabled Product Field

Would like products to have an Enabled field during import to control the corresponding setting on products:

As of 5.3.0 (#1208 and #1212), the Status import field only corresponds to the Enabled for site setting of a product and has no effect on the Enabled setting. This makes product management more difficult in cases where we want a product enabled or disabled for all sites at once. Adding the Enabled setting as a separate import field would allow for control of this and prevent duplicate feeds just to update each site's status.
