I think Feed Me needs a Delete missing elements on the target site.
Like the disable on target site but delete. Because the Delete option I think is deleting them globally. I imported some entries into the USA for example, then when I imported German which does not have all the same entries, it deleted the missing entries from the USA. So I have had to disable this Delete missing elements option, but not sure what the consequences would be in my feed, it may be nothing I guess unless some source entries are deleted following import.
I cant use the Disable option, as a flag to manually delete later, because we are actually importing entries which are disabled but we want to keep, so there would be no way to distinguish them and manually delete them.
