Cross compiling GTK 4 to x86_64-pc-windows-gnu

Greetings,

As mentioned in the title I am not managing to use cross to compile my GTK 4 application to windows. Glib 2.88 is installed locally on the machine and compiles fine, how can I go about fixing this behavior?
