Recently our team at work started using Azure Dev Ops for planning, user stories, work items, etc.

I know every team works different - some being waterfall, some using different agile methods, some using scrum and sprints. However, I find the documentation on how to use Azure Dev Ops for these tools kind of lacking - especially when trying to get developers to use the board, track their time, and learning what to do with the various reporting that comes out of it (like cumulative flow, velocity, or even the burn down chart).

I think it would be cool to have a guest on sometime to go over some of these things and show how to set up something for your team for the first time, and go through what a typical work flow might look like for a team.
