this should be hosted on cyberthing.dev. additionally, there should be a ./docs/ folder added to the GH repo with a bunch of MD files. the python docstrings should link to the website.

This issue should only be closed before or right as v1.0.0 is released.

this should also use github's wiki functionality. GH actions should be used to sync commits to the cyberthing.dev wiki with the http+ repo's wiki
