Posts on Category pages are occasionally out of order

On category pages (and probably others that have similar code like Author, Multimedia, Podcasts, Tag, and Video layout pages), posts can be out of order if a newer request completes before an older one. Posts are fetched in groups of 10: so this scenario can occur where the 11th-20th most recent posts can occasionally be swapped with the 21st-30th ones.
