windows 8.1 version

to make it work under windows 8.1 do i just need to clone the plugin's "wp8" directory as "windows" ?
the code should be more or less the same since the manifest file is almost identical

I've no idea, but please let me know how it goes if you give it a try. Btw., the wp8 support was initially commited by @thomas-mullaly in #2 .
