OpenAI Assistants not loading #5547

What happened?I've been using Librechat on my DigitalOcean server with Nginx and CloudFlare for almost a year now without any problems. Suddenly a couple of days ago, the list of Assistants from OpenAI would not load; it's just stuck on loading. I've tried to update LibreChat, restart the server, tested in other browsers, and reconfigure CloudFlare, and nothing is working. I've attached a picture of how it looks from the UI and the console. When I choose a past conversation that used an assistant, it loads the thread completely fine, but the assistant is not loaded up on the right side.

I've been helping someone with this issue today, and it looks like it's a server error on OpenAI's end with the Assistants API. I don't know what the threshold is, but it seems to be related to a number of assistants or the amount of data each assistants has. Please let OpenAI know as the issue was resolved by contacting support on their end. There might even be a request ID in the logs. For this reason and more, to be independent from their Assistants architecture, which is not as robust as chat completions, I urge you to try and use Agents: https://www.librechat.ai/docs/features/agents |

@danny-avila Thank you for that information! When I went to the OpenAI Playground, I also noticed that the assistants were not loading, so I figured out about 10 minutes ago that it had to be an issue on their side. Does the file search work as well as in assistant mode if I switch to agents? |
