In the latest version of EMHASS (12.8), the weather forecast method "scrapper" should be changed to "open meteo".
This option is not available (yet).

Hi. It's there, you just need to clear your browser cache.
I had to do the same.
If using chrome just CRTL+SHIFT+DEL and then clear all your browser cache.
After I did this then voilà
