dbtcloud_global_connection supports starburst/trino connection but not found corresponding credentials resource like dbtcloud_postgres_credential

Describe the solution you'd like

A dbtcloud_starburst_credential resource is available to use

Describe alternatives you've considered

Could be embedded in other existing credential resources but better to has its own
