Unable to open Weasis with invalid url

This is the issue I am facing. I don't if it is the problem or I am just experiencing some issue.

In Configuration --> Extensions --> child objects --> DCM4CHEE --> Property

IID_STUDY_URL=weasis://$dicom:rs --url "{{qidoBaseURL}}{{qidoBasePath}}" -r "studyUID={{studyUID}}" --query-ext "%26includedefaults%3Dfalse"
IID_URL_TARGET=_blank|_self
IID_PATIENT_URL=weasis://$dicom:rs --url "{{quidbaseurl}}{{qidoBasePath}}" -r "patientID={{patientID}}"

and after saving this I am clicking in eye icon. Then instead of opening weasis it is throwing error in console.

Additional Info: I was able to fetch and send DICOM study in weasis application from DCM4CHEE

I am not using weasis-pacs-connector. I am Downloading directly with DICOMWeb RESTful services
