Additionally, add

• IAN Conditions enabling possibilities to configure multiple IAN Notification Rules based on different Conditions
• Trigger Type enumeration with pre-populated values Study, MPPS. Enables extending this enumeration, also required for HL7 / IAN Notification Rules : Enable additional Trigger Types #4684
