Feature Request: Context Menu Integration

I love Faker for VSCode. So much so I coded a custom extension to push it into the right click context-menu. But I couldn't figure out how to get the second level commands (Faker Address > zipCode / city / etc.) to populate in a submenu,

Is there any way you would consider adding a feature that pushes all functionality to the right click context menu as well? Ideally this could be disabled/enabled on the fly using the extension's settings.

Just a humble request, thank you for the awesome extension.
