Add support for reading from Change Data Feeds to Delta Kernel Java

I searched but could not find any references to support for reading Change Data Feeds in Delta Kernel Java. The only mention I've seen is in the roadmap shown in this video: https://youtu.be/ch9Zk389wDk?si=3Ezn_W2ANlw1HuAb&t=1572

Is this still planned? If so, what might the timeline look like? And what might be alternative ways to access the Change Data Feed?
