Version: Deno 2.2.5
Having the OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_PROTOCOL set in the environment crashes Deno immediately with exit code 1. No logs explaining what happened.

Example:
OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_PROTOCOL="grpc" deno
