Files get deleted after reboot. How to stop that

Heroku's storage is not persistent, its files will always get deleted after every 30min(If not pinged) and almost 23hours (if self pinged #14 (comment) )

I use that. is there any way to use other storage? I wanted to use a private torrent site but this time limit is ..............
