There are a lot of open PRs that fix real bugs but haven't been merged in a while. Is there anyway to merge them perhaps in a fork and re-upload to npm?

Do you think someone could take this over? I want to fork this and have my own version that fixes many of the bugs that were fixed from the pending pull requests, but honestly, I think it'd be best if we had someone take this over. Perhaps if we ask nicely enough, maybe we can request yeoman make an official one, based from this one,?

Perhaps we can gather a team. I'd be willing to put the time in to take this over, but I don't know if @diegonetto is going to be around to look at this.

Hey everybody. We've been developing a similar tool. Regularly maintained, based on gulp, with a ton of features. If you're interested check it out: https://github.com/mwaylabs/generator-m-ionic

I have been using generator-m-ionic linked by @gruppjo above since my original query. Can vouch for its awesomeness.
