There is an special setting to work with proxy and DO static apps?
I'd do some thing like this:

// nuxt.config.js

proxy: {
  '/api/': 'https://my-backend-app.ondigitalocean.app'
}

But any POST response an 405 NOT ALLOWED, it does not work like I expect.
