Missing the values for mobile safe areas on startup.

Unless I'm missing something, the --discord-safe-area-inset-* values should be available right at the start of an activity or at least after the SDK is ready, this was how it used to work. But currently, these values are never available until a change of layout mode or screen orientation.

To test this, logged the value of --discord-safe-area-inset-top every second and it was always empty. Then I switched the activity to picture-in-picture mode or changed screen orientation and the value would become available as 48px. This issue happens with all the top, down, left, right values.
