Lukso 4 handle lukso names properly

Lukso uses the format name#0123 to identify its users. This format is not compliant with the ENS-name format. We have to decide if and how we should deal with those special name formats

• shall we only allow 0x123.name.lukso.eth ( that might confuse UP users)
• shall we allow both name#0123.lukso and 0x123.name.lukso.eth
