This is a big point of confusion for developers using aspire

I assume this is not going to be solved in 9.1. :(

We're not working on this in 9.1, but we're building all of the primitives required to do it. See the milestone:

Postgres and SQL Server first as they're highest usage rn.

@sebastienros can you make sure we have issues for the other databases and guidance for authors of integrations adding new databases.

Do we have a way to disable the creation of the database as well?
