Connecting Blazor InteractiveServer to Application Insights

Hi all;

I have connected my Blazor Interactive Server .NET 8 app to Application Insights. And what I've connected is working correctly (I think). But I can't figure out how to connect for a couple of items. And while there's lots of documentation for connection Application Insights to an ASP.NET app, nothing Blazor specific. And this is the Blazor specific part.

So, how do I:

1. Have it track how long to render each page.
2. Track session (SignalR circuit) start/end to measure number of sessions, session, length, etc.
3. Track the logged in user on each activity. I use the ASP.NET Identity Library for users.
4. Is there anything else I should be tracking?

There is some info out there for WASM, but very little for InteractiveServer. What I have found is:

1. Connecting it up with what I think will track page load time.
2. A wrapper library that seems to be mostly for WASM but might work with InteractiveServer. I think my problem understanding this is I don't understand how Blazor is supposed to integrate with Application Insights.
