Line 31 in 93253d4

'google-cloud-core==1.3.0',

setup.py and requierements.txt are referencing very old dependencies for GCP.

When creating a callback that requires to use of other GCP libraries (e.g. pushing messages to BigQuery), their installation fail. All dependencies need to be at a level that are compatible with other GCP services.
