Following NCEAS/metadig#5 and exchanges with @mbjones now we are on the direction to integrate ISO2EML and EML2ISO transformation xsl files so we can propose such functionalities for futher upload in relevant data/metadata catalogs (geonetwork for ISO19139 and metacat for EML notably).

A first thing is that the eml2ISO19139.xsl file from GBIF seems to not work properly on EML documents... Maybe it is only working with "EML GBIF PROFILE" ones ? https://github.com/gbif/eml-profile/blob/master/eml2iso19139.xsl
