In case of Raw Value get_content() returns a list type instead of bytes #38

To reproduce:

import zenoh
v = zenoh.Value.Raw(0, b'\x48\x69\x21')
print(type(v.get_content()))

This displays <class 'list'>. But one would expect <class 'bytes'>
