Help on building from source

I need the LTI functionality for an academic project. I downloaded the docker images and when I searched for the functionality I couldn't find it anywhere. I guess it wasn't released in the images, so I went looking for documentation to deploy from the source code and I wasn't successful finding it. Any help? I noticed that some of the documentation links are down (404).
