Hi,

At first thanks for this work, it a greatful template!

I have correctly translated values for english language, and have adapted ticket action to new GLPI 10 event names.

I assume each tags like must be removed?

When I remove them, I get email notification not ok (here for the new ticket action):

Do i have an idea why and how I could fix that?
