This module EF_SRAM_1024x32_macro doesn't exist in hdl folder. Did you mean to write the EF_SRAM_1024x32 module instead?

EF_SRAM_1024x32_macro EF_SRAM_1024x32_inst

In addition, the GDS file is also named EF_SRAM_1024x32_macro, while the LEF file is named EF_SRAM_1024x32.
