I have a Siemens IQ700 oven connected.
The sensor.*_cooking_oven_status_currentcavitytemperature is always at 26 degrees even when operating.

I guess it's something with the appliance itself. Anyway, the integration is getting the number from Home Connect.

Yes, maybe, but i cannot find anything similar in HomeConnect App.

The only thing I can suggest it to try disconnecting the oven from the Home Connect service and then reconnecting it again, but to be honest I doubt it would help.
