WARNING: Running Bazel server needs to be killed, because the startup options are different.

Happens frequently, when I work both in the IDE (currently IntelliJ), and on the CLI.

That's very annoying, and hinders productivity (it's slower).

I wonder if there is a solution for this.

Maybe this has something to do with the .bazelrc used by this project. But the IDE should just use the same?!
