Persist more content from index-file when rerunning generate

Use Case

Some of the values at the start of the index-file are not persisted when you run generate, for instance repository and badges. So if these are added after first generating the files, they will be removed when running generate again.

Proposed Solution

Persist these values, like with the sends and receives values.
