[FEATURE REQUEST] Order note from admin

I would like to propose adding a functionality allowing the admin to add notes to an order.

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently, we allow adding notes from customers but not admins. We can do the same thing, as a input box, in the Admin Order dashboard.
