Is there a way to format the timestamps in UTC based on ISO 8601 #122

I need to follow a standard date format like:

2024-12-07T02:44:58−12:00

But I faild to do so.
Any chance?

If not, maybe adding a new parameter : DateAsISO8601
This then internally uses the delphi function: System.DateUtils.DateToISO8601
